Client Services Officer

We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our Wealth Management team in Bundaberg.

This administrative role is the first point of contact for clients - maintaining and developing new and existing relationships.
Ideally you will have previous success in client service administration functions within a Chartered Accounting or Wealth Management environment. Alternatively, you will have previous success in a fast paced, results and deadline driven administrative role within a professional business.
Experience & Skills
- Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and achieve goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects / jobs at the same time, from start to finish (including developing plans, regularly communicating with stakeholders and monitoring progress maintaining the project within deadlines and required standards).
- Demonstrated ability of high-level responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
- Possess (or currently studying) Financial Planning qualifications (desirable).
