We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional service to predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.

This is a permanent part-time position (3 days / 22.8 hours per week), with working hours scheduled between Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. We're looking for someone with the flexibility to increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration, a passion for delivering an amazing client experience, great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians
  • Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and taking payments
  • Learn and competently use software and applications
