We're on the lookout for a star HR Systems Administrator who's ready to bring equal parts precision and people power. Working across both iSelect and CTM, initially your priority will be to work through the implementation of our HRIS (UKG). Following that, you'll:

- Help managers and employees by providing responsive, friendly HR systems support
- Safeguard compliance and data integrity (because you know the details matter)
This isn't just about systems, it's about enabling our people. You'll work closely with payroll, recruitment, IT and the broader People and Culture team to keep the cogs turning and deliver a seamless HR experience. You'll be our go-to for keeping HR systems accurate, reliable and easy to use, while providing vital support across payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

- Employee discounts on car and home and contents insurance
- Income protection insurance provided to support you in the event of non-work-related illness or injury
What Sets You Apart
We'd love to hear from recent HR graduates with at least 12 months experience across HRIS and/or payroll. You'll be process-driven and love working with data You'll also have:
- A sharp eye for detail and love for clean, accurate data
