The Opportunity:

Join our team as an HR Workforce Administrator (fixed term role until 30th June 2026) and play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of business services across our partnerships. Using Dayforce as our HRIS system, you'll focus on administration, process, planning, coordination, and execution of work that underpins service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to Operational Teams on WFM and HRIS systems and processes, including onboarding new team members and loading Cleaners' work assignments.
  • Coordinate and deliver operational support for HRIS and system integrations, ensuring contract changes are accurately checked, approved, and loaded.
  • Manage and respond to day-to-day HRIS queries, such as password resets, access issues, and updating team member and system details promptly.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, produce basic reports, and create or update system user guides and documentation.
  • Identify manual processes, drive efficiencies and automation, and support project initiatives to improve HRIS and associated processes.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, always maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

What you need:

  • Tertiary or higher qualification in Business, Administration, or Technical stream.
  • Strong administration, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Previous experience using or supporting an HRIS.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting initiative.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
