**Position Overview**:
Permanent job opportunity.

Our client is looking for a HR Systems & Solutions Specialist to oversee and manage all HR technologies and related systems. This is a diverse role, as it will see the person engage collaboratively with the internal local and enterprise HR team, IT, Finance, and external vendors. This role is not just a system administration role, but will manage system optimisation-focused projects, such as system upgrades and implementations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain all HR related systems
- Support the broader business in the implementation of new technologies, solutions or enhancements of current systems
- Lead all HR related system initiatives/projects, working in conjunction with key stakeholders locally and globally
- Vendor management
- Work with IT, Payroll, and the broader HR team to ensure systems configuration and outputs meet user and compliance requirements.
- Conduct systems training as needed
- Report all system failures and escalate where a business disruption occurs or is a likely possibility.

**Skills / experience**:

- Experience in the management, administration, optimisation and configuration of ADP
- (desirable) experience in the management, administration, optimisation and configuration of Humanforce and/or Workday
- Demonstrated capability to identify, implement and optimize HR technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience in providing support to business stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively 'own' all HR systems
