Our spacious 250sqm Northside Brisbane clinic is purpose-built to nurture babies and toddlers through play, movement, and connection. With three sensory gyms, open light-filled spaces, and accessible facilities including baby-changing areas, we create an environment where children can safely explore, build confidence, and develop foundational skills — all while having fun.
What sets us apart is that therapy doesn't feel like therapy here — it feels like play. For the children, that means joyful engagement. For our therapists, it means a workplace that inspires creativity, passion, and connection every day.
The Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist (or Senior OT) who's passionate about helping children thrive.
Your day-to-day
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using sensory integration and play-based approaches.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team members within our hub to ensure holistic, collaborative care.
- Work in partnership with families, educators, and community partners to support children's development across environments.
- Contribute to program design and the development of clinical resources, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to our practice.
- Mentor and support colleagues, sharing expertise and guiding professional growth.
About You
- AHPRA-registered OT
- 2+ years' experience (early-career OTs welcome to apply)
- Interest in sensory integration, Neurodevelpment & neuroaffirming practice
- Strong clinical reasoning & love of learning
- Collaborative & compassionate team player
