About Stable & Grounded

We're a registered therapy practice offering evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive equine-assisted therapy to individuals, families, and community groups.

Our property provides a calm, rural setting ideal for supporting emotional regulation, sensory integration, and genuine client connection.

You'll have access to:


• Therapy horses and fully equipped facilities (arena, round yard, undercover areas, office, and therapy zones)


• A supportive, multidisciplinary environment grounded in mindfulness and connection


• Professional collaboration with an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor and equine specialists

We're Looking For Someone Who:


• Is a registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA) with ABN and professional insurance


• Has an existing client base (NDIS or private clients welcome)


• Values holistic, nature-based, and experiential approaches


• Wants to collaborate while maintaining independence and flexible hours


• Has interest or openness to equine-assisted therapy principles (training support available)

We are open to discusison regarding facility/use of horse costs with sueprvision for the equone safety or contractor model. We are awaiting oir ndis registraiton outcome (audit passed) so if using out registrstion for NDIS billing our policies and processes will apply.
