What You'll Do
  • Conduct assessments: FCA, SIL, SDA, Home Safety, Equipment & Home Modifications
  • Manage a varied caseload with assessment, intervention planning, program development and equipment prescription
  • Ensure services are evidence-based, client-focused and delivered to high standards

About You
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience with aged care, disability, complex needs & NDIS
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Independent contractor setup – ABN, Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • Police Clearance
