Lotus Caravans are expanding and we're looking for skilled Production Workers to join our growing team. We have opportunities in key areas of caravan manufacturing, including:

  • External Fit-Off
  • Wall Lining and/or Wall Construction
  • Roof Building

About the Roles

As part of our production team, you'll work hands-on in the manufacturing process to help build high-quality caravans that we're known for. Depending on your skills and experience, you may specialise in one of the areas above or assist across multiple stages of the build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out production tasks such as fitting external components, installing wall linings, or assembling roofs.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow internal build standards and quality processes.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

We're looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in hands-on production, carpentry, joinery, automotive, or related industries.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
  • Able to read and follow instructions, drawings, or build processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
