We're now seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Epping head office. This role is ideal for someone who's friendly, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


About the Role

As a key part of our front-line team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone, assist with colour and product selections, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll be the connection between our customers, sales team, and workshop — ensuring every interaction with Boutique Caravans reflects our standard of professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Assist customers with colour selections, product options, and general enquiries.
  • Accurately perform data entry and record management using internal systems.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations including filing, document handling, and correspondence.
  • Use various computer programs and systems for communication, scheduling, and record management.
  • Help coordinate and communicate customer orders, quotes, and service updates.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, production, and management teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative assistance and occasional project-based support as required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent telephone manner and confidence in handling enquiries.
  • Great computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in customer service or office administration preferred, but not essential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or reception role (advantageous).
  • Proficient in general computer programs such as Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Training provided for the right candidate with a great attitude and work ethic.
