Offtrack RV is a proudly Australian-owned family dealership specialising in high-quality off-road caravans built for adventure and durability. We're growing and on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Caravan Workshop Technician to join our friendly and hard-working team in Epping, VIC.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers hit the road safely and confidently. You'll be working with a range of new and used caravans, completing everything from pre-delivery checks to repairs and custom accessory fitouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections on both new and used caravans
  • Diagnose and carry out repairs efficiently
  • Assist our qualified Service Technicians on complex jobs
  • Service running gear, brakes, and wheel bearings
  • Complete warranty and insurance repair work
  • Troubleshoot and repair caravan systems – electrical, gas, plumbing, appliances
  • Install cabinetry and fit a wide range of caravan accessories
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship
What We're Looking For
  • Previous caravan experience is essential
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with 12V/240V electrical systems, plumbing and gas components
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, organised, and a positive attitude toward safety and customer satisfaction
  • Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence
