With strong growth and an expanding national presence, we're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and continue driving the Boutique standard of excellence.


About the Role

This leadership role is responsible for managing and growing the sales division while ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional Boutique experience.

You'll oversee all aspects of the sales process — from enquiry and customer engagement to delivery and aftersales follow-up — while mentoring the team, refining sales strategy, and driving performance outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Boutique Caravans sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions to drive growth and visibility.
  • Oversee the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery and post-sale support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities, dealership partnerships, and expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align capacity, demand, and promotion.
  • Manage pricing structures, product mix, and incentive programs to meet company goals.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and expos to represent the Boutique brand.
  • Provide performance reporting, forecasting, and feedback to the leadership team.

About You

  • Proven success as a Sales Manager in the automotive, caravan, or RV industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability to motivate and guide a growing team.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with commercial acumen.
  • Confident working with CRMs, reporting systems, and digital tools.
  • Passionate about the caravan lifestyle and the Boutique brand.
