About the role:

Operating within Facilities Management Ballarat, the purpose of this position is to deliver multi-skilled general duties to the campus community that focuses on streamlined customer service excellence by staff who are knowledgeable, flexible and collaborative. The position is a multi-purpose role involving a combination of administration and logistic service duties that will meet the need of the wider campus community. This role is a flexible, self-directed operating role that is highly client focused that requires a person with excellent communication skills, who is self-motivated and is knowledgeable in how an efficient and effective facilities management department should operate.

  • Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
