**The Company**
Our client is a privately owned, market leading agribusiness manufacturing specialized products into a growing domestic market with a track record in their market sector, a strong industry reputation, reliable supply chain channels and industry leading manufacturing facilities. They have an exciting opportunity for a Feed Mill Manager to join their team at their Victorian site.

**The Role**
As Feed Mill Manager, you will bring your experience in the milling industry to add value to our clients stockfeed facility, as you provide oversight and guidance to their existing and stable team. You will take responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable running of the day to day operations, working closely with the senior management team to ensure the site is profitable and maintaining a high level of quality & excellence across all areas of the facility.

You will be comfortable working in an evolving environment, with CAPEX activity on site and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.

This involves managing the site’s efficiency, product quality & development. You will enjoy being responsible and accountable for delivering on:

- Oversight for scheduling and production planning and processes
- Monitoring mill performance across key metrics
- Manage and oversee site administration and labour costs
- Leadership and People Management
- Business Operations
- Workplace Health and Safety

**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you will have 5+ years experience managing a milling/manufacturing environment, with extensive team management experience and a passion for the stockfeed sector. You will have experience managing the overall logistics, product delivery and product quality on a site, as well as being passionate about continuous improvement and site SHEQ principles. You will have exceptional communication skills and enjoy working as part of a broad team. You will be comfortable working in a role that may require you at times to be hands-on and show your initiative to problem solve.
