JCB Ballarat forms part of the Michaels Group, Australia's largest JCB dealer, covering Victoria and Southern New South, we sell and support the full range of JCB machines, from the compact 18Z mini digger, to the flagship Fastrac 8330 tractor.

We currently have a position available for an experienced service administrator, based in our new, purpose built facility in Ballarat, the successful candidate will have experience in the agricultural, construction or commercial sectors and have a sound knowledge of workshop practices. Mechanical engineering experience would be beneficial but not essential.  Key role responsibilities include;

· Processing of Repair Orders to meet our target closure times from multiple branches.

· Preparation and submission of warranty claims.

· Preparing formal quotes for customers.
