Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Optimisation Manager to join our team in Port Melbourne. This permanent, full-time role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience and driving operational excellence across our supply chain solutions.

You will act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that add value. Collaborating with internal stakeholders across operations, commercial, and leadership teams, you will help ensure seamless service delivery, continuous improvement, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, building strong relationships and supporting mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Drive transformational change and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, identifying service anomalies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders, including warehouse operators, site and client leadership, and support teams.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure 3PL costs and overall service performance.
  • Support volume planning to ensure warehouse operations are resourced to meet service and cost targets.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in account and customer management.
  • Skilled in delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions within a 3PL environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Influential communicator, able to gain cooperation from diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, proficient in Excel and Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and solid understanding of supply chain and logistics operating models.
