**Role Overview**

The Digital Optimisation Specialist will take ownership of conversion funnels, landing page optimisation, and website performance. The primary mission is to enhance user experience, boost engagement, and maximise conversion rates. Working closely with design, development, and marketing teams, this individual will implement data-driven strategies to refine and scale the company's digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimising conversion funnels - Identifying drop-off points, conducting A/B tests, and refining user journeys to increase conversions.
- Landing page optimisation - Building, testing, and enhancing pages to improve acquisition and engagement.
- Website performance & usability - Ensuring speed, structure, and SEO best practices are continuously improved.
- Data & analytics - Leveraging GA4, heatmaps, and behavioural insights to drive performance improvements.
- Technical execution - Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager and analyse data to inform strategy.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Working with product, marketing, and design teams to create seamless user experiences.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 3+ years in CRO or website optimisation.
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools (Hotjar, Fullstory, etc.).
- Proven experience running A/B tests and data-driven experiments.
- Ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and drive measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for extracting insights and turning them into action.
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
