**What can you expect?**
The Marketing and Communications team at Marsh are looking for a Website Optimisation Specialist to join our Digital team in the Pacific region.
Reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for articulating market opportunities and business priorities into Marsh SME (small and medium business) website functionalities and own websites roadmaps. You will plan, prioritise and execute optimisation opportunities for prospect engagement and online sales.

**We will count on you to**:
- Create a roadmap to improve visitor engagement and sales conversions
- Use reporting to recommend optimisations for SME website and drive optimisation culture
- Identify and support with the execution of A/B testing opportunities including hypothesis creation, defining success metrics and supporting with post-experimentation analysis and recommendations
- Use data-driven insights to identify breakpoints in the customer experience journey, identifying opportunities to drive conversion outcomes and solutions for improved customer experiences
- Collaborate with IT for any additional enhancements, fixes or changes
- Ensure compliance with global and local privacy regulations
- Deliver value to the business and customers via online presence (websites)
- Manage projects and bring a methodical and structured framework to digital implementations
- Support the adoption and utilisation of best practice for CMS, integrating with marketing automation and analytics platforms
- Facilitate elevation of digital knowledge and skills in business, marketing and communications colleagues in Pacific
**What you need to have**:
- Degree in marketing IT, digital marketing, business or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing websites
- Passion for the digital space
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager is a advantage
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience working in agile environment, preferably using Jira
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Google analytics, i.e. able to understand how data is collected and can build custom reports
- Understanding of how to use Google Tag Manager as a testing tool
- Great communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple presentations or succinct business cases
