Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a proven ability to convert leads into sales. This role involves educating customers, providing tailored energy solutions, and guiding them through the sales journey—from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Conduct energy needs assessments and propose suitable solar and battery solutions
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and system designs
  • Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, government rebates, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
  • Attend occasional site visits if required (optional for remote roles)

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, batteries, or home improvement sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confidence using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
  • Basic understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and energy efficiency
  • Knowledge of STCs, VPPs, and government incentives is a strong advantage
  • Valid driver's licence (if field-based)
