The successful candidate will possess
  • Xero and MYOB skills
  • Excel, Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill - this is essential
  • Sound bookkeeping knowledge
  • Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role
  • Xero Advisor and Payroll Certification before employment
  • Must obtain Xero Advisor and Payroll Certification within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience and sound understanding of BAS, IAS, Payroll, and Superannuation obligations
  • Experience in reconciling bank, credit card, and loan accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant in a Public Practice

This is an exciting and challenging position that will suit an experienced Bookkeeper who has:

  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • You must be passionate about bookkeeping & want a long-term position with a dynamic bookkeeping agency.
  • Your day will involve you working on several different clients, from several different industries, and quite often on different accounting software. Adaptability is a must
