Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a residential rental portfolio of properties
  • Maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
  • Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Conducting regular rent and lease reviews
  • Managing repairs and maintenance requests

About the Candidate

Specifically, the successful candidate will require:

  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration QLD or NSW
  • Demonstrated experience with entry & exit condition reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Property Tree or similar)
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Current driver's licence and reliable car
