What You'll Be Doing

As one of our valued Property Managers, you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients' investment properties are impeccably cared for. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough routine, entry, and exit inspections with your company-provided iPad
  • Creating high-quality reports using PropertyMe & PropertyMe Manager
  • Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
  • Handling inquiries, communicating with owners, and updating databases
  • Performing inspections with owners as needed and building strong client relationships
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Managing property vacates, work orders, and bond refunds
  • Meeting KPIs and supporting your team in a shared portfolio structure

What You Bring to the Table

We're seeking someone who's not just capable—but truly passionate about making a difference. You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in property management
  • Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a current Open Driver's Licence
  • Are highly confident with digital tools and software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PropertyMe & RealWorks
  • Know your way around the RTRAA & POA Acts
  • Have a practical, common-sense approach to property issues (gardens, structures, maintenance)
  • Possess a strong eye for detail, proactive communication, and a calm, professional attitude
  • Have impeccable communication skills

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package (FTE Equiv - $75k + super + commission+ benefits - Total FTE Equiv Employment Package over $85k) tailored to your experience and the hours you're looking for. Let's talk
