Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with an education provider and are on the lookout for a number of Sales Consultants to join a leading and well established organisation

This is an unrivalled opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company, with serious cash to be earned, an awesome culture to be enjoyed, and career progression on offer.

  • $62,000 base + super + uncapped commission (OTE $115,000 PA)
  • Unmatched bonus structure with quarterly pay reviews – get rewarded with up to $20k in salary increases annually based on performance.
  • Monday–Friday, 10am - 6pm (no weekends)

What do you do?

  • Close enrolments for students across a number of education providers
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls to warm leads (NO cold leads)
  • Speak to passionate students and guide them through their enrolment process
  • Be a part of the fun, fast-paced environment and culture
  • Adhere to internal quality controls

What do you need?

  • Inbound/outbound sales experience
  • Knowledge of the education environment highly regarded
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • Energy, vibrancy, and a genuine motivation to succeed
  • Exceptional capacity for building rapport
  • Love being a part of a team that strives to achieve mutual goals
  • Strong computer literacy
