The role:

Your role will be working amongst a growing team and assisting potential clients with information regarding their suitability to purchase an investment property. Ultimately, you are the first point of contact in assisting people achieve their financial goals

This is NOT a cold calling role, you will be dialling predominantly hot, warm, inbound inquiries with a focus on understanding more about the client and their goals.

The role also involves:

  • Meeting with clients and providing a strategic investment plan
  • Assess leads financial suitability for a Face to Face consultation, including serviceability and current financial obligations.
  • Participate in all training sessions and absorb all supporting material to aid role development.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets
  • Keep detailed notes in the CRM for every attempted contact with a prospect
  • Ensure accurate statistics are recorded and maintained in the CRM
  • Prepare in advance for all daily huddles and check-ins with the team
  • Contribute to the weekly team afterburner process by reflecting on personal and team performance in advance
  • Consistent and effective communication of information flow up the chain
