About the Role

We're seeking a motivated, design-minded Sales & Design Consultant who's ready to play a key role in growing our store. If you love connecting with people, have an eye for colours and design, while taking pride in delivering exceptional service, this is your chance to be part of supportive team that values family, quality, and community.

In this role, you'll be the face of Carpet Court – helping customers bring their vision to life while driving the success of our expanding business.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and guide customers through a personalised flooring and window furnishing consult experience
  • Provide expert advice on our wide range of carpets, flooring, and window furnishings
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through honesty, care, and creativity
  • Collaborate with our close-knit team to achieve sales and growth goals
  • Manage sales administration with accuracy and attention to detail

Who You Are

  • A confident communicator with a passion for interior design and home styling
  • Ideally Experienced in retail, sales, or customer service (flooring, windows or interiors a bonus)
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to help our business grow
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to delivering top-quality service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Available for a Casual / Part-Time or Full Time role including Saturdays on a roster basis.
