The Opportunity

Maveri is leading a confidential search for a
Marketing & Growth Lead
on behalf of our client, a rapidly scaling,
VC-backed B2B SaaS company that is the undisputed leader in its niche
. With a beloved product (4.8/5 user rating) and a proven record of doubling its customer base year-over-year, the company is preparing for significant growth and international expansion.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you will report directly to executive leadership and take ownership of a key company priority: driving growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and fuel a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution
    : Own the execution of multi-channel growth campaigns, including webinars, industry events, partner programs, and digital channels.
  • Lead Generation
    : Develop and implement strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of marketing-qualified leads to support sales targets.
  • Events & Experiences
    : Design and deliver memorable brand experiences at industry conferences and events across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Content & Partner Marketing
    : Drive engaging content initiatives (video, webinars, digital assets) and collaborate with SaaS partners to build brand awareness and industry demand.
  • Marketing Operations
    : Oversee the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Webflow) and continuously optimize for results using A/B testing, lead scoring, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong background in product marketing, events, and growth initiatives.
  • Proven experience successfully marketing SaaS products to executive-level buyers (e.g., CFOs, senior decision-makers).
  • Hands-on experience delivering successful webinars and creating high-impact experiences at physical conferences.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations tools, including HubSpot, Webflow, A/B testing, and lead scoring.
  • A results-driven self-starter with a competitive nature and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
