About the team and role

Our Fleet team helps businesses get their vehicles back on the road after an accident, quickly and with as little hassle as possible. We work with some of the country's biggest fleet and leasing operators, managing everything from the moment a claim is lodged, through to repairs, replacement vehicles, settlements, and recoveries.

We're the team that drivers turn to when things go wrong. We make the process smooth, simple, and stress-free. As a Lodgement Consultant, you'll be the friendly first point of contact, helping kick off the claims journey and making sure everything starts off on the right foot.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking inbound calls and helping drivers lodge accident claims
  • Gathering and entering accurate details into our system
  • Providing clear, friendly updates to customers and fleet managers
  • Working closely with internal teams to keep claims moving
  • Helping reduce downtime for vehicles and support drivers through the process

What we're looking for

You don't need insurance experience; we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude and communication skills.

  • Keen to learn and grow in a supportive environment
