This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take ownership of claims from lodgement through to resolution, delivering exceptional service and strong financial outcomes.Be part of a collaborative team, working with national and international clients, where your expertise contributes to real results and business growth.**What You’ll Do*** Manage motor claims end-to-end, liaising with clients, insurers, and service providers* Investigate claims, assess liability, and negotiate settlements* Interpret policy wordings and drive successful recovery outcomes* Support clients and brokers through reporting, insights, and claims reviews* Identify risks, mitigate costs, and contribute to continuous improvement**What We’re Looking For*** 3–5 years’ motor or recovery claims experience* Strong negotiation and decision-making skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management* Commercial mindset with the ability to influence outcomes* Highly organised, resilient, and proactive**Our culture and benefits**DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
