Cookaborough is a Melbourne-based software platform providing an end-to-end operating solution to hundreds of passionate ready-made meal businesses around Australia. As well as providing a powerful suite of online tools designed specifically for ready-made meal businesses, we also provide a marketplace where people can find businesses providing locally made, fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals that meet different dietary requirements and cultural tastes.
Cookaborough also enables food businesses using the platform to service the growing Support at Home and NDIS markets. These are two rapidly growing segments that are not only good for business but also extremely rewarding to be able to service. With a proven and much-loved product, the business is experiencing significant growth, and is about to exceed $20m of annual transaction value.
How you'll make an impact
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our growing community of Cooks and Customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and has a compassionate touch -
especially when supporting Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS customers
What you'll do
- Manage phone, email and website enquiries via the ZohoDesk ticketing system
- Offer guidance, training, and compassionate support to a diverse group of stakeholders, including Cooks, Customers, Home Care Package HCP recipients and their Care Coordinators/Managers, as well as NDIS participants and their Plan Managers.
- Investigate and resolve issues, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Enhance our Help Centre with self-help resources that empower customers to resolve issues independently
- Spot trends across various data sets, market insights, and customer behaviors to identify and deliver process improvements
- Support the Product team by testing new features and provide feedback on the functionality and user experience
What you'll bring
- Customer Support experience with a SaaS business
- Excellent problem-solving skills and tech-savvy mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: Experience with the food industry, HCP/NDIS customers, or B2B/B2C SaaS platforms
