We're looking for a Customer Service Officer who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys helping others. You'll be the face of our front desk, providing exceptional service and support to patrons every day.

About the Role:

This position involves a wide range of front desk responsibilities including:

  • Reception duties
  • Cash handling
  • Telephone operations
  • Program bookings
  • Membership support

You'll need to be confident, organised, and ready to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and care.

What you should come with:

  • Experience – previous customer service role
  • Multi-tasking – handle busy and demanding situations
  • Interpersonal – excellent communication and people skills
  • Deadline-driven – meet timelines with confidence
  • Tech-ready – basic computer skills are a plus
