Beefy's have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant for our store in Toowoomba (Newtown).

About us

Beefy's proudly make a wide range of scrumptious pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, cakes and much more. We are well known in SE Qld and have won multiple awards Our production facility supplies high quality products to our 12 stores across South East Qld & NSW and our friendly team have a reputation for excellent customer service.

The Role

The roles will involve working a range of shifts between Monday and Sunday and between the hours of (approx am and 18.30pm.

The role will involve opening & closing the shop therefore your own transport will be essential. We currently have Full time and Casual roles available, dependant on the applicant.

About You

The successful candidates will be friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude, a willingness to follow our proven procedures and an aptitude for providing excellent customer service.

Duties will include:

Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number one priorityEnsuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanlinessEnsuring stock rotation, quality and minimising wastageMaintain knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food SafetyTraining and supervising junior team membersContributing to a positive work environment where team members can grow, be challenged and have fun
