About the role

As a Detailer / Customer Service Officer at our Tullamarine Location, you will:

  • Love helping customers to create an unbeatable customer experience
  • Be willing to work weekends, and public holidays if required
  • Be Reliable and Honest
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to help customers at all times.

Excellent customer service skills and a minimum of two years experience in a similar role.

  • Exceptional presentation and personal grooming.

  • Team player with the ability to work a flexible hours

  • Hours between :

  • 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri.
  • 9.00am to 1.00pm Sat.
  • Must have can do attitude.
  • Manual driver licence is essential.
  • Full manual driver licence required.

Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Preparing Vehicles for rentals
  • Processing vehicle rentals and returns
  • Face-to-face and contact with customers
  • Undertaking basic daily duties to ensure the smooth running of the business

Vehicle rental experience and knowledge of Rental software will be highly regarded.

Knowledge in motor mechanical experience would be an advantage.

Skills and experience

Previous Customer Service Experience, Preferred.

Mechanical Knowledge an advantage.

Permanent residency status required for this position.
