We are now hiring for an Event Operations Coordinator – Perth to join our team to deliver the United Cup - Perth. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026.
As this is seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the contracted period. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
As Event Operations Coordinator – Perth, you will support the planning and operational delivery of the United Cup - Perth. In this role you will:
- Assist the operations team with requirements such as temporary infrastructure, site overlay, and event services
- Prepare and deliver key operational documents, including bump-in/out schedules, safety plans, and supplier communications
- Coordinate budgets, process purchase orders, and support financial reconciliation
- Provide administrative support to ensure effective event operations
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in sport administration, event management or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing event logistics, including safe and efficient bump-in/out
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
