We are now hiring for an Event Operations Coordinator – Perth to join our team to deliver the United Cup - Perth. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026.

About the role
As Event Operations Coordinator – Perth, you will support the planning and operational delivery of the United Cup - Perth. In this role you will:

  • Assist the operations team with requirements such as temporary infrastructure, site overlay, and event services
  • Prepare and deliver key operational documents, including bump-in/out schedules, safety plans, and supplier communications
  • Coordinate budgets, process purchase orders, and support financial reconciliation
  • Provide administrative support to ensure effective event operations

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in sport administration, event management or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing event logistics, including safe and efficient bump-in/out
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
