About the Role:

A leading retail organisation is undertaking a major distribution centre project and is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in its success. This is a long-term, high-impact opportunity for a BA with deep expertise in supply chain and warehousing systems.

You will lead requirements gathering, conduct detailed gap analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions. Your work will directly influence process improvements and system enhancements across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for supply chain and warehousing systems.
  • Perform complex gap analysis and provide practical, scalable solutions.
  • Document requirements, processes, and workflows in Jira and Confluence.
  • Partner with development, testing, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support change management and training activities where required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain and warehousing systems.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expert use of Jira and Confluence.
  • Functional knowledge of Blue Yonder data warehousing platform is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and levels of the organisation.
