About your role:
Utilise high level of communication skills within the call centre unit and reception in a friendly and helpful manner.
Ensure clients are booked and prioritised within the timeframe indicated in accordance to the Oral Health wait lists and appointment categories with direction from the Client Services Coordinator.
Coordinate and maintain the school dental services in collaboration with the school dental teams for dissemination and completion of forms at schools, centralised filing and data input.
Maintenance of patient waiting lists to include prioritising of patient appointments for adults and children, rescheduling, managing cancellations and removals whilst maintaining data integrity.
