Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Office, where you will play a key role in supporting AGA's Apprentices.
About the Role:
- The role is out and about working with employers and apprentices - "an office desk not required"
- Drive business development opportunities - "get up and about talking to people"
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Apprentices, Employers, Training Organisations - "enjoy meeting people"
- Conduct site visits to support apprentices - " grab your high vis and steel caps"
- Promote apprenticeship programs through events job fairs, footy clubs and networks and reverse marketing opportunities -"mingle, talk and interact"
About You:
- Have a strong interest in the apprenticeship industry
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A self-starter with a passion success
- Proven experience within sales or business development would be highly regarded
