Marketing Coordinator (Fluer)
Location:
Gold Coast, Australia (On-site)
If This Is You
You're organized, proactive, and obsessed with getting things done right. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Campaign deadlines? Nailed. Asset creation? Ready before anyone asks. Content calendar? Already planned two weeks ahead.
You're not just a task-taker. You bring ideas. You see gaps and fill them. You understand that great marketing is equal parts strategy and execution, and you're energized by both.
You're comfortable wearing multiple hats. One minute you're coordinating with designers on social content, the next you're analyzing campaign performance, then jumping into a creative brainstorm. You thrive in this variety, not despite it.
Most importantly: You care about the details. You know that a typo in an email or a missed deadline can undermine months of work. You take pride in quality and consistency.
What You'll Own
You'll work directly with our Marketing Director and strategic team to execute Fluer's marketing initiatives. Fluer is a B2C marketing suite used by millions, and you'll be instrumental in making sure our campaigns, content, and brand presence are flawless.
Your work includes:
- Coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to execution (social media, email, paid ads, content)
- Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery across all platforms
- Creating and optimizing marketing assets (social posts, email copy, landing page content, ad creative)
- Coordinating with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to deliver campaign materials
- Tracking campaign performance and compiling reports on key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Managing our social media presence (scheduling, community engagement, monitoring trends)
- Supporting product launches, promotions, and special initiatives
- Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Managing marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, social schedulers, analytics dashboards)
- Coordinating marketing events, webinars, and community initiatives
This isn't a "just follow orders" role. You'll work closely with leadership to align marketing activities with business goals, and you'll have real input into what we do and how we do it.
What We're Looking For
Marketing experience:
- 2-4 years in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or similar roles (SaaS or tech experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and how they work together
- Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar)
- Strong project management skills (you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping balls)
- Basic design sensibility (you know what looks good and can provide direction to designers)
Skills that matter:
- You're detail-oriented. Nothing slips past you.
- You're organized. You create systems that keep everyone on track.
- You communicate clearly. You can write compelling copy and explain ideas succinctly.
- You're analytical. You understand metrics and use data to make decisions.
- You're collaborative. You work well with different personalities and teams.
- You're proactive. You spot problems before they become issues and suggest solutions.
Bonus points:
- Experience in B2C SaaS, consumer apps, or marketing technology
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising
- Background in creator/influencer marketing or community building
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or executives
To Apply
Send us your resume and tell us:
- Your marketing story:
What's a campaign or project you've coordinated that you're proud of? What made it successful?
2. Your approach to Fluer:
If you started tomorrow, what's the first thing you'd want to understand about our marketing? How would you organize yourself to be effective quickly?
3. Your superpower:
What marketing skill or trait do you bring that makes you exceptional at coordinating and executing?
