We're looking for a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator who is committed to creating high-quality learning experiences and building strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What You'll Bring:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)

  • Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)

  • First Aid Certificate (including asthma & anaphylaxis training)

  • Strong understanding of child development and learning milestones

  • Ability to create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs

  • Great communication skills and a collaborative, flexible attitude

  • Respect for children's rights, voices, and autonomy

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in a similar Educator or Assistant Educator role

  • Familiarity with EYLF and NQS

  • Confidence using digital tools for documentation and communication
