We are a collaborative, design-focused studio working on projects that shape how people experience places. With studios in Brisbane and London, we deliver projects both locally and internationally. We are seeking a sharp and motivated Studio Administrator with prior office-based administration experience to support our team and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, planning and achieving goals. As the key link across our studio, you will need excellent communication skills to keep information flowing and ensure the team is well supported. If you are the kind of person who enjoys detail, structure and seeing everything run seamlessly, this is a role where those skills will be valued and celebrated.

What you will do
  • Support the team with administration, coordination and project documentation
  • Manage office facilities, supplies and daily operations
  • Assist with submissions, tenders and filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Coordinate travel, meetings and events
  • Act as a first point of contact for phone and email enquiries, and welcome visitors
What you will bring
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office-based role (experience in a creative, design or construction-related environment advantageous but not essential)
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently across the studio and with external contacts
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
  • A professional, positive and adaptable approach
  • A genuine interest in administration and coordination, with a love of detail, organisation and systems that help others succeed
