**About the role**:
**The Level 1 Help Desk Analyst is a trusted advisor to our clinical teams. In this varied role you will**:
- ** Supporting internal clients** to solve incidents and action IT requests.
- ** Supporting our teams with technical problems**, troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, resolution
- ** Setup, installation, and configuration** of endpoint/server/networking hardware and software
- ** Occasional onsite work** within the greater Sydney area, as well as coordinating local onsite agents for other locations
**About you**:
**We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a strong work ethic who loves learning new technologies, to join our friendly and professional team.**
- As one of our support engineers in Australia, you'll have the ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team
- You're passionate about customer service and comfortable picking up the phone for a chat
- You are able to communicate technical terminology in a way that everyone can understand
- You will become a trusted advisor to our clinics across Australia and New Zealand, building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
**To hit the ground running in this role we are looking for an excellent communicator who also has**:
- 1+ Years' Experience an IT Support Role
- A good general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall and cloud
- Experience in Telephony (on-premise and hosted) and Service ticket systems and handling
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Permanent right to work in Australia
- Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider would be advantageous
