Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst who will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our staff, escalating complex issues to Senior IT as needed.
This role involves investigating, analysing and resolving hardware problems, performing hardware repairs and maintenance, technical assistance and support on all computing equipment and peripherals.
User account management responsibilities include creating, changing and deleting user accounts in accordance with our IT Requisition process.
This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills to deliver quality customer service to both internal and external customers, responding and resolving Service Desk support tickets within SLA timeframes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining system health checks and demonstrating completion of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality results and continuous improvement.
Maintenance and system health checks are also maintained by the IT Service Desk Analyst to demonstrate completion of assigned tasks.
A team player with excellent communication skills written and verbal, this role requires at least 2 years' experience working within a similar capacity and a satisfactory Police Clearance.
