ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – CONTRACTS & PROCUREMENT

The Procurement Admin Officer is responsible for managing the full end-to-end procurement and payment process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing. This includes supplier onboarding and engagement, stakeholder liaison, and contract administration. The role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders while supporting broader corporate procurement strategies.

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end procurement and procure-to-pay systems.
  • Contract management experience, including contract administration and compliance oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor relationship management.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Current driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience in aged care, community services, hospitality, or retail
  • Experience with working in WorkDay
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and digital procurement tools
