About the Role:

We're looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. You'll be providing person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community. This is a casual position with flexible hours — ideal for someone looking to make a difference while balancing other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Support clients to access community, social, and recreational activities
  • Promote independence and choice through person-centred approaches
  • Maintain accurate notes and incident reports where required
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in disability or community care (preferred but not essential)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (as required by NDIS guidelines)
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
