Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to live more independent, fulfilling lives? We're looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Disability Support Workers.

About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes and out in the community. Your role will include helping clients with daily living, community participation, personal care, and supporting their individual goals.

To be successful, you'll need:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 90 days)
  • Drivers License
  • A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills and a person centred mindset
  • Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Certificate III or IV Individual Support, or related field (or working towards)
Desirable:
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, or related field
  • Experience supporting people with disability or complex needs
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
