Pastry Head Chef

Role Overview:

Lead our pastry team in creating high-quality, consistent, and innovative pastries. Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and maintains hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our pastry recipes and menus
  • Manage and mentor pastry chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all products
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a pastry chef, preferably in a head or senior role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Creative flair and passion for pastries

All-Rounded Barista

Role Overview:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Support other front-of-house and kitchen tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages to company standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
  • Assist with pastry service and light food preparation when required
  • Engage with customers and deliver friendly, professional service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a café environment
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable
