We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Breakwater, VIC branch. If you bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive and expanding team.

Your Role

Your role as an Internal Sales / administration assistant will entail inputting in-bound sales orders and assisting account managers with inputting their orders over the phone. You will be liaising with your office manager, account managers and customers to address any customer's needs and concerns and to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate input of sales orders and assisting customers with enquiries, along with providing professional and positive experience for customers as a first point of contact. You will need to be highly organized, motivated and have a 'can do' attitude

Being an integral part of the sales team, your role will require you to work with your teammates to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner, accurately and communicate any changes with customers.

What you'll need

Previous experience in a sales position / administration roll is advantageous

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Professional and friendly attitude

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Accuracy and strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as a team

Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure to meet last-minute requests

Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word

Proactive in managing customer expectations, queries and providing timely responses

Ability to adapt and learn new tasks quickly

Knowledge of the industry, including health and safety regulations
