Ready to join one of Australia's most iconic eCommerce brands on a mission to redefine comfort and spread ridiculous levels of joy?
At The Oodie, we're all about cosy, wearable goodness and making people feel amazing - whether they're lounging at home or gifting a little cosiness to someone they love. As leaders in the wearable blanket space, we're looking for passionate, creative minds to help us wrap the world in warmth. If you're excited by fun products, bold ideas, and being part of a team that doesn't take itself too seriously (but gets serious results), we'd love to have you on the journey.
We're on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Manager who's just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves for the nitty gritty admin as they are stepping up to manage big-picture processes, budgets, and stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the details but also has the confidence to drive structure, clarity, and impact across a fast-paced marketing team.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering winning campaigns that grab attention, delight customers, and drive measurable financial results. You'll bring both operational excellence and creative insight, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly, budgets stay sharp, and our team is set up to deliver Oodie-level magic at every turn.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Performance, the Marketing Operations Manager will take ownership of delivering the global marketing calendar, managing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing activities deliver budgeted expectations. This role focuses on driving timely, impactful campaigns that align with the marketing strategy and business objectives, ensuring smooth coordination across all regions. In addition, the Marketing Operations Manager is involved in managing updates across various teams, supporting tactical planning execution and handling CRM approval processes. This includes:
- Own the global marketing calendar, aligning with launches, promos & budgets
- Lead multi-channel campaigns and keep stakeholders in sync
- Manage briefs, GTM boards, pivots & updates for smooth delivery
- Partner cross-functionally to bring product stories to life with impact
- Adapt global campaigns for local markets while keeping consistency
- Track, report & optimise campaign performance
- Oversee CRM approvals and support on brand/product campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Several years' experience in marketing project management, campaign execution, or operations in eCommerce, retail, or digital-first environments
- Proven ability to scope, prioritise and deliver cross-functional projects, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello, etc.), with experience in retrospectives, resource planning & process improvements
- Skilled at translating strategy into actionable plans, aligning marketing, product & ops teams to deliver on shared goals
- Track record of developing high-performing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, SMS, social, etc.) that drive measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows (briefs, approvals, QA) and clear, proactive communication
At The Oodie, we believe that taking care of our team is just as important as delighting our customers.
Working at The Oodie looks like:
- Davies Dreamball giving our teams the chance to win $ on milestone events
- Discount on everyone's favourite product, ensuring you stay cosy
- Great office environment
- We invest in our team members in learning & development through the year
- We live and breathe our values of Owning our Business, Giving a sh*t, Doing Cool Things That Make our Customers Happy, Opening the door for Others, and Saying how it is, respectfully
- Our peak period is from October through to Christmas, so this is a blackout for leave for this role
- We work as one close knit team
