My client seeks a Technical Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager with responsibilities that include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

As a Technical Business Analyst / Junior PM you will also take on  responsibilities including  managing small projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring the successful end to end delivery of multiple small to medium sized deliverables.

This is a Techno Functional BA requirement, and applicants are  expected to have a  strong data analytics background which includes  reading  and writing  SQL queries and ideally Power BI and or MS Flow experience.

This position would suite candidates with previous experience working in a small or medium sized nimble organisation where they were required to wear multiple hats and responsibilities.

Workflow Application processing and knowldge of CRM or CRM lead processes are highly regarded. 

Your knowledge of Jira and Confulence will be higly regarded for this role. 

Candidates are also expected to have impeccable communication and interpersonal skills and ideally have:

Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities :

  • Excellent Data Analytics skills including strong SQL experience
  • Requirements Gathering:Gather, validate, and document business requirements. Develop solutions that align with business needs and ensure all requirements are well-documented and actionable.
  • Process Mapping & Analysis:Develop as-is and to-be process diagrams. Identify risks, issues, and benefits of both current and proposed solutions.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support:Support and manage business user acceptance testing activities.
  • Documentation Development:Create and maintain essential documentation to guide team members in ongoing and future projects, serving as a point of reference for business processes, technical solutions, and methodologies.
  • Continuous Improvement:Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies, including processes, tools, and templates to enhance overall efficiency.

Junior Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Resource Management:Coordinate resources, ensuring that team members are assigned to tasks based on availability and skillset. Monitor progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Status Reporting:Prepare regular project status updates for senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring that project progress, risks, and issues are communicated clearly.
