Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between business users, product owners, and technology teams for card-related initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to card products (Credit/Debit/Prepaid).
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Work closely with card system providers (e.g., VisionPLUS, TSYS, FIS, Fiserv) and internal teams to deliver enhancements and new features.
  • Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Support the development and QA teams during the SDLC, including clarifying requirements and validating deliverables.
  • Facilitate UAT planning and execution by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with business stakeholders.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues related to card systems and work on root cause resolution.
  • Stay updated on card industry trends, network mandates (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and regulatory changes impacting card services.
