Project description

Tech BAs for Business Lending area, which requires solid experience with ETL transformations and solutions.

We are looking for Technical Business Analysts with strong experience in data reconciliation, ETL processes, and data transformation to support a migration program. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical delivery, ensuring data integrity across upstream and downstream systems.

Responsibilities:


• Gather and analyze business and data requirements related to reconciliation workflows.


• Collaborate with data engineers and ETL developers to design and validate data transformation rules.


• Develop and document data mapping, source-to-target (S2T) specs, and transformation logic.


• Work closely with stakeholders to identify reconciliation gaps and define resolution strategies.


• Support testing and validation of ETL pipelines and reconciliation reports.


• Perform root cause analysis for data mismatches and propose remediation steps.

Mandatory skills:


• 8+ years of experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst in data-intensive environments.


• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.


• Experience with reconciliation platforms or custom-built reconciliation solutions.


• Proficient in writing SQL for data profiling, analysis, and validation.


• Solid understanding of data transformation rules, data models, and data lineage.


• Exposure to tools like Informatica, Ab Initio, DataStage, or equivalent ETL tools.


• Familiarity with Agile delivery and working with cross-functional teams.
